- While any SIP-compliant phones will work with our service, we strongly recommend and support Aastra™ SIP phones. If your company already has SIP telephones that you would like to use with your new service, please feel free to contact us and we will help you determine whether your phones will be compatible.
- What type of installation is necessary?

Other than plugging the phones into your internet connection, there is nothing else
to install in order to begin using your new phones. Our telephones even include a "pass-through"
jack so that your computer and telephone can share the same network port.
You may want to adjust the configuration of your internet connection to ensure the highest quality service. This is something that our account specialists will discuss with you prior to the activation of your account.
